Yvonne Suzan Gearheart

On April 23, 2023, Yvonne Suzan Gearheart died unexpectedly in Navarre Florida of a sudden heart attack. She was 57 years old. 

Yvonne is survived by her life partner, Frank Castonguay, of Navarre Florida, her 3 children, (1st son) Justin Richard Allen Bosleman and his fiancé Angela Gibson of Redkey Indiana, (daughter) Angelica Alycia Maria Kemper of Bonifay Florida, (2nd son) Wyatt Lunday Harrison Kemper and his fiancé Angela Beabout of Santa Rosa beach Florida, her sister, Carolann Davis of Mary Esther, Florida, sister in-law, Regie Gearheart of Cranston, Rhode Island, her granddaughters, Ashlyn, Ella, and Envee, her favorite niece, Christal Davis and nephew, Ryan Davis, both of Mary Esther Florida, her many great nieces and nephew, and her beloved dog, Athena. 

She was preceded in death by her Grandparents, her father, Bryson Harrison Gearheart, her mother, Caroljean Gearheart, her brothers, Bryson Eugene Gearheart, and Gail “Gary” Gearheart, and her brother in-law, Ricky Davis. 

Yvonne was born on November 22, 1965 in Frankfort, Germany to Bryson and Caroljean Gearheart. Yvonne completed her high school education at an alternative school in Junction City, but would have graduated with class of 1984 at Junction City High School. Later in life she attended college to become a registered medical assistant. 

At the time of her passing, Yvonne was a caretaker. A role that brought fulfillment and purpose and which she enjoyed immensely. 

During life, Yvonne embodied the term, “Live Life To The Fullest”. Her life was so very full, and sometimes wild. That’s who she was through and through. She believed in taking risks, living boldly and having no regrets. She embraced every moment with the ones who meant the most to her. She had a huge personality and brought so much joy and laughter to those around her. She lit up every room. She made friends everywhere and never knew a stranger. She was brutally honest and you never had to wonder where you stood with her. 

Yvonne was a loving mother, a masterful cook, beautifully artistic, loved to golf, gardened like no other, and was a true farm girl at heart.

Most of all Yvonne loved her family unconditionally and it showed in every word she spoke and in her every action.  She will be dearly missed but we rejoice in knowing she rests in the arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and we will see her again at the time of our own rest.

A Celebration of Life for Yvonne Gearheart is scheduled for 3:30 PM on May 20th 2023 at Cinco Baptist Church in the Kidd Street Building. Flowers and condolences can be sent to Cinco Baptist Church the day before and morning of celebration or in In lieu of flowers, a donation can be sent to the American Diabetes Association.
