Susan Adkison Obituary

Susan Cook Adkison passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021 at her residence in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. She was born June 16, 1956 in Norwich, New York to Richard and Marian Pearsall Cook. She enjoyed raising chickens and antiquing. Susan was a champion powerlifter.

She is survived by her husband, David Adkison; three children, Andy Adkison, Alex Adkison and wife Amber, and Rebecca Dill and husband Chris; one grandchild, Tristan Dill; and three siblings, Sharon Everard (twin sister), Tom Cook, and Stephen Cook.

There will be no public service at this time.

In lieu of any gifts, the family requests donations may be sent to the American Cancer Society.

Arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Watkins Funeral Home and Crematory.
