Stanley C. Ritter, 67, of Mantua, Ohio, died suddenly on September 4, 2023 in Destin, Florida. His loss was completely unexpected and the family is both shocked and deeply saddened.
Stan was born on October 14, 1955 to Charles and Shirley Ritter in Baltimore, Maryland. He graduated from Towson University before meeting his wife, Donna, of forty years, at Middle River Baptist Church.
He worked as an executive at several printing companies both in Ohio and Maryland and was active in the local printing associations throughout his career. Stan considered Ohio his adopted home and retired there two years ago. He embraced and loved the Cleveland Browns, even becoming a season ticket holder for over a decade.
Anyone who knew Stan, knew he was kind, thoughtful, generous, giving, loving and loyal. He had an immeasurable passion for his family, most especially for his children and grandchildren. Stan was at his happiest and most fulfilled when he was playing with his grandkids and celebrating their achievements. Stan's family and friends will miss him more than words can say.
Stan was predeceased by his father, Charles Ritter, and survived by mother, Shirley; wife, Donna; brother, Ronald (Beth); sons, Kevin (Carrie) and Craig (Nicole); daughter, Kelly; and grandchildren, Harrison, Morgan and Carter.
