Sandra Donelle Hagel

Sandra Donelle Hagel, age 77, passed away at her home in Fort Walton Beach, Florida on Christmas Day after a lengthy and courageous battle of heart and lung disease. Sandra was born in Stillwater, Oklahoma on March 13, 1948 to her parents, Wilmer and Beulah Neumann.

Sandra was a devoted wife to Don for fifty-seven years, a loving and caring mother to sons, Jeffery and Craig, and a loving and proud grandmother to Caitlin, Ethan, Janelle and Sadie.

Sandra had a strong Christian faith and knew God had prepared her eternal home in Heaven. She was known for her warm smile, kindness and encouraging outlook. Sandra was a teacher for many years at various churches after school and daycare programs. Her other passion was cooking and baking and finding new recipies for family and friends to enjoy. She also enjoyed connecting with family and friends on Facebook and enjoyed playing Words with Friends with family and friends online.

Sandra is survived by her husband, Don; son, Craig (Jessica); daughter-in-law, Caroline Hagel; grandchildren, Caitlin (Benjamin), Ethan, Janelle and Sadie; and sister, Cheryl Neumann.

Her parents and son, Jeffery, predeceased her.

A celebration of life for Sandra will be held at a later date.
