Sammie Lee Temple, age 68, of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, passed away on October 27, 2025. Sammie was born to Jimmy Lee Temple and Erma Anderson and will be remembered for his big heart, hard work, and lively sense of humor.

A handyman and landscaper by trade, Sammie took pride in a job well done — whether he was fixing something around town or keeping a lawn perfectly trimmed. Known for his dependability and easygoing nature, he made friends everywhere he went.

Sammie was a ladies’ man who loved trucks, cold beer, a good game of softball, and cruising around in his Dodge Dakota. He lived life his own way — full of laughter, freedom, and genuine charm.

Sammie’s journey on earth has come to a close, but we know he’s somewhere smiling, with a cold beer in hand and a good truck close by. He’ll always be remembered for living life on his own terms.
