Neal Thomas Grube

Mr. Neal Thomas Grube, age 67, passed away Saturday morning, December 6, 2025, at his Crestview, Florida residence. He was born October 10, 1958 in Mobile, Alabama.

He is survived and missed by his loving wife, Annette Mason Grube of forty-one years; his son, Neal Thomas Grube, Jr; and grandchildren, Jaycie Catherine Grube, Skylar Layton Grube, and Sawyer Mason Grube; as well as his sisters, Nelda Nash and Tanya Brantley.

Neal was preceded in death by his parents, George Thomas (Tommy) Grube and Janice Virginia Grube.

He took an active role in the lives of his grandchildren; he could never do enough for them. He couldn’t spend a minute without telling them how much he loved them and how proud he was of
all of them.

Hard-working, Neal was dedicated to running a charter boat business for twenty years. Nothing made him happier than to take people fishing and watching them enjoy the experience. His other love was hunting. Many weekends were spent sitting in tree stands, gathering by the campfire and enjoying life with family and friends.

He was never scared to take on new opportunities and did everything with honesty and integrity. He had very strong values and was well liked by everyone. We find comfort in knowing that his legacy lives on through the lessons he taught us, the love he shared, and the memories we will cherish forever.

A Celebration of Life for Neal will be held in the spring.
