Nanette Carr Obituary

Nanette Sue Carr, "Buttercup", 71, of Miramar Beach, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, April 29, 2025. "Buttercup" was born on January 27, 1954, in Decatur, Illinois, to Frances and Robert Whitson.

She moved with her husband, from Breckenridge, Colorado, in 1996 after twenty years in Colorado, and enjoyed the past thirty years in Florida.

She is preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her loving husband, William Carr; her brothers, Robert (Sandy) Whitson, and Keir (Susan) Whitson, and nieces and nephews, as well as many dear friends.

No services are scheduled at this time. In lieu of flowers, please make donations, in her honor, to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
