Mary Cobb Oglesby

Mary Cobb Oglesby, 69, of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2025. Born on December 10, 1955, she was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. Mary was deeply cherished by her family, and her warmth and kindness will be profoundly missed by all who knew her.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Tonia Murphy, and son, Ronald McNeely; her sisters, Catherine Cobb and Elizabeth Cobb; and her brother, James Cobb. She also leaves behind her beloved granddaughters, Tiffany Murphy, Megan McNeely, and Airen McNeely, and grandsons, Josh Murphy, Chance Taylor, and Tristian Taylor.

Mary has been welcomed into heaven by her parents, brothers, and sister, as well as her son, Brian Allen Oglesby. Most recently, she was reunited with her twin brother, Johnny Cobb, who was a constant source of love and support throughout her life.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025, beginning at 2:00 p.m. for visitation and 3:00 p.m. Funeral Service is at Davis-Watkins Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited to join in celebrating her life and the lasting love she shared. Mary’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
