Loretta Ann Fowler

Loretta Ann Fowler, age 58, of DeFuniak Springs, Florida passed away at her residence Friday, November 3, 2023. She was born April 29, 1965, in Niceville, Florida to Samuel and Roxie Blackmon.

Spending time working in her yard, especially with her roses, were times of enjoyment and relaxation. The one thing everyone will remember about Loretta is the loving, caring heart she had for others. She always put her family and friends before herself.  Quite often, when she learned of others in need, she opened her home to them, to the point of giving groceries to help feed them and their families. Loretta was a beautiful lady.

She is preceded in death by two sons, Joey and Rusty Russell; one sister, Lynn; and three brothers, Sammy, Danny, and Bobby.

Loretta is survived by her husband of twenty-three years, Keith Fowler and one brother, Darrell.

In keeping with Loretta’s request, there will be no service.

Services are under the direction of Davis-Watkins Funeral Home and Crematory of DeFuniak.
