Lieselotte "Lilo" (Kneuttel) Hawn

Liselotte "Lilo" Hawn, 94, of Miramar Beach, Florida, graduated to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus on Sunday, July 26, 2026.

Lilo passed quietly in her sleep after a short illness. Liselotte was born on February 29, 1932 (Leap Year Baby), in Newark, New Jersey to Otto and Hildegarde Knuettel, whom preceded her in death. She was married to Harvey S. Hawn for 60 years whom also preceded her in death in 2013.

She is survived by a sister, Eleonor; five sons; twelve grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren. She also leaves behind many extended family members and dear friends, who will miss her laugh, love, and sweet spirit.

Though her family will miss her, they find comfort in knowing that she is with her Lord and Savior. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered each day.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 29th, at 2:00 p.m. at Brookdale Assisted Living Facility (Florida Room) in Miramar Beach. Family and friends are invited to join us to celebrate Lilo's life, and graduation.
