Lewis Wayne Lindsey

Lewis Wayne Lindsey, age 64 years, passed away Monday, June 22, 2026. He was born May 8, 1962, in Geneva, Alabama to the late Lewis Lincoln and Barbara Jean Williams Lindsey. After school Lewis went to work for Southeast Site and Underground for many years.  When not working, he was attending church at Westville Assembly of God where he was a faithful member. During his spare time, he loved spending time with family.

Lewis is preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Barbara Lindsey; two siblings, David Lindsey and Tisa Finch; and one grandson, Nicholas Galloway.

He is survived by four children, Lauren Hoggard (Cecil Galloway), David Lindsey (Patricia Marsh), Lynzee Lindsey (Kevin Ammons Jr.), and Ruby Lindsey; four grandchildren; one sister, Donna Williams (James); and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held, Monday, June 29, 2026, at Westville Assembly of God, 2513 Cypress Street, Westville, Florida beginning at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Buddy Pennington officiating. A time of visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Committal services will follow at Westville Cemetery. Those asked to serve as pallbearers are as follows: Timothy Williams, TJ Williams, Kevin Moultin, Kevin Ammons, Cecil Galloway, and Patrick Thompson.
