Kenneth Dwaine Dixon

Kenneth Dwaine Dixon, age 79, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at his home. He was born November 26, 1945, in McMinnville, Oregon, to Marion Dixon and Winifred Coberley Dixon. Kenneth loved the outdoors. He found great joy in building, landscaping, and cultivating beautiful flowers. He was a dedicated and loving father with an unending love for his children and a kind heart. He also had a deep affection for animals. Kenneth's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him and he will be forever missed.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his grandparents, his parents, his uncle Vernon, two aunts, his granddaughter and grandson, his brother, and his nephew.

He leaves behind his devoted wife, Karen Dixon; two daughters; three sons; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers; one sister; as well as numerous nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly.

A time of visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at the chapel of Davis-Watkins Funeral Home, 1474 State Highway 83 North, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32433, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 3, 2025, at Leonia Baptist Church Cemetery, 1124 Gillman Road, Westville, Florida 32464, beginning at 10:00 a.m., with Pastor Rodd Jones officiating.
