Kenneth Earl Burnham, Sr., age 69, passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at his home in Ponce de Leon, Florida. He was born June 4, 1954, to Willard Carl Burnham and Swazey Roberts Burnham. Earl loved being outdoors. His favorite hobby was hunting, but he also enjoyed playing golf, fishing and gardening. He loved to spend time with his "county" buddies, and most of all his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Cathy; and his niece, April.
Earl is survived by his wife, Linda Burnham; three sons, Kenneth, Tony, and Archie (Melanie); seven grandchildren, Michael, Elizabeth, Mallory, Fenix, Jasmine, Shine, and Adrianna; one great-grandchild, Ford; two brothers, Carl and Kenny; one sister, Carol (Kena); his favorite aunt, Peggy Campbell; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A time of visitation will be held at 5:00 p.m., Friday, November 3, 2023, in the chapel of Davis-Watkins Funeral Home, 1474 State Highway 83 North, DeFuniak Springs, Florida. Funeral services will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel, with Minister Joel Davis officiating.
Flowers are being accepted, or donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation in Earl's honor.
