Kelly Ballard Obituary

Kelly Ballard went home to be with her Lord on Friday, January 31, 2025, at the age
of 71. She was predeceased by her parents, Raymond and Shirley Peyronel and
brother, Richard Peyronel.

She is survived by her loving husband, Richard E. Ballard of
Crestview, Florida; sons, William J. Ballard of Atlanta, Georgia, Raymond L. Ballard of
Taylorsville, Kentucky, and Richard S. Ballard of Crestview, Florida; nine siblings; and twelve
grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Kelly faithfully and honorably
served her country in the United States Air Force for 22 years of active duty and
23 years as a Department of the Air Force civilian.

A private memorial service will
be held at the convenience of the family.
