Karen Jane (Warner) Boyce

Karen Jane Warner Boyce, age 81, of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on August 8, 2025. She will be remembered for her kindness, laughter and love for family and friends. Karen was born on July 17, 1944, Karen embraced life with curiosity and an adventurous spirit, traveling widely and welcoming new cultures.

She worked as a teacher, park ranger and as a QA specialist for the military while living all over the world. At home, she found joy in her dogs, a good book and time spent with friends and family. She was known for her gift for bringing people together and her quiet strength.

She is survived by her husband, George Boyce; daughter, Sherry Boyce, and several grandchildren and great children and many relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Connie Hammarstrom, Mark Warner, Ricky Warner and Robin Warner; son, Steven Boyce; and grandson, Cole Brown.

A celebration of life will be held in Massachusetts at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alaqua Animal Refuge, (Alaqua.org).
