Judith Anna Marshall

Judith Anna Marshall (née Correia) of Mary Esther, FL entered eternal rest on June 18, 2021 at the age of 80. Born and raised in Cambridge, MA, Judi graduated from Mount Auburn School of Nursing in Cambridge in 1961 and received her BS in Health Care Administration from St. Joseph’s College in Windham, Maine in 1987.  Judi moved to Fort Walton Beach in the 1970’s and was an RN at Ft. Walton Beach Medical Center until her retirement in 2009.

She was a world traveler and enjoyed years of living in both her beloved Spain and Japan where she taught conversational English.  Later in life, she fulfilled a lifelong dream by traveling across Russia, China, Siberia & Mongolia on the Trans-Siberian railroad.  Judi was a voracious reader, lover of music and art, talented mezzo-soprano,  amazing cook & master gardener.

Judith leaves behind her loving children Doug Bossi (Caroline) and Debbi Bossi (Water Kerner), countless dear family & friends and cherished caregivers. She was preceded in death by her adoring husband John, her sister Betty Bono & brother Herman Correia.

A Celebration of Life will be held at St. Simons on the Sound, October 23, 2021 at 2:00pm.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to The National Multiple Sclerosis Society or Angel City Chorale in Los Angeles.
