It is with heavy hearts we share that Joyce Ann Webb Finch, 78, of Destin, Florida went home to the place prepared by the Lord peacefully in her sleep, surrounded by family on Saturday, 23 June, 2018. She was born 28 March, 1940 in Guin, Alabama to Willard and Flora Webb. In 1957, she married the love of her life, John Erwin Finch and began building her family.

She is survived by her husband, John Erwin Finch of Destin, FL; sons, Greg Finch, Jay and his wife, Elizabeth Finch of Atlanta, GA; grandson, Andy and his wife, Susanna Finch; granddaughter, Anne-Marie Finch; great-granddaughter, Mary Alice Finch; sister, Rita Tucker of Birmingham, AL; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Joyce is preceded in death by her mother, Flora Webb; father, Willard Webb; sister, Dixie Harrison, and son, Stephen Russell Finch.

Services were held at First Baptist Church of Hoover, Alabama on Saturday, 30 June 2018 an additional service for Joyce will be held on Saturday, 7 July 2018 at 10 am at Christ the King Episcopal Church in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.

Joyce had a tender heart for the children in her life, beyond even her own family. Throughout her life, she enjoyed traveling with her husband and family to distant places such as Brazil, Hong Kong, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Germany, Italy, France, and England.
