Ileana Kertis

Ileana Garcia-Kertis, age 59, of Crestview, Florida passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 4, 2025. She was born December 5,1965 in Los Angeles, California to Richard and Alicia Garcia. She was a wife, a mother, a confidant, a friend, and a loving daughter. For those that had the privilege to know her, she was the life of the party with the biggest heart. The beauty and joy she brought to our lives will always be astounding. She had welcoming arms to embrace with and stood by her family through thick and thin. Her grace, charm and laughter were infectious, seeping into everyone she touched. Sadly, those she left behind will be missing her deeply. Her mother, Alicia; brothers, Richard and Robert; daughters, Tanya, Kristy, and Anita; and seven grandchildren will forever cherish the time she spent with them. Ileana joins her husband, son, and father in heaven as she lives in our hearts and memories.

A time of visitation will be held Sunday, September 21, 2025, in the chapel of Davis-Watkins Crestview Memorial, 492 East Pine Avenue, Crestview, Florida, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, September 22, 2025 at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 550 Adams Drive, Crestview, Florida, beginning at 11:00 a.m. A Committal service will follow at Live Oak Memorial Cemetery.
