Helen Hoffman Obituary

Helen Louise Hoffman, known to her family and friends as “Skippy” passed away Monday, July 13, 2020. She was 88 years old and was born October 30, 1931 in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania to James and Edna Turnbull Martin. Skippy was an internationally known artist who had resided in DeFuniak Springs, Florida for the past thirty years after she and her husband moved from Potter County, Pennsylvania.

She is preceded in death by one son, David Allen Hoffman.

Skippy is survived by her loving husband of sixty-six years, Ben Hoffman; one son, Ben “Bill” Hoffman and wife Cathy; two daughters, Mary Haskins and husband Dale and Mollie Allen and husband David; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Watkins Funeral Home and Crematory of DeFuniak Springs.
