Finley Virgil Walker

Finley Virgil Walker, age 4, a little resident of Vernon, Florida passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2019.  He was born July 12, 2015 in Panama City, Florida to Colby and Terri Sheffield Walker. Finley was an energetic, four-year old monster truck loving, little boy!  When playing “dinosaurs”, T-Rex was always his favorite.  Batman, Spiderman, and the Hulk, were all his Superheroes.

He is preceded in death by his great-grandfather R.V. Sheffield and great-uncle Larry Sheffield.

Finley Walker is survived by his father and mother Colby and Terri Walker; his younger sister, Jacee Lenay Walker of Vernon, Florida; his maternal grandfather, Virgil Sheffield; maternal grandmother, Kellie Sheffield of Vernon,Florida; paternal grandparents; Rob and Rochieda Walker of Sunny Hills, Florida; great-grandmothers, Ruth Sheffield of Vernon, Florida and Debi Etter of Spanish Fort, Alabama; great-grandfather, Robert Walker of Panama City, Florida; great-great-grandmother, Geraldine Bozeman of Panama City, Florida;  great-uncle David Sheffield of Vernon, Florida; great- aunt, Jeannie Fincher and uncle Marion of Semmes, Alabama; aunt Teresa Drummond and uncle John of Vernon, Florida; uncle Raymond Sheffield and aunt Beth of Vernon, Florida; aunt Desiree Baker of Vernon, Florida; uncle Steffan Walker and aunt Ali of Black, Alabama; uncles Christian Walker and Trenton Walker both  of Sunny Hills, Florida; aunts, Brantley, Lauren, and Anna-Grace Walker, all of Sunny Hills, Florida; cousins, Easton Case Walker and Kennedy Reese Underwood and numerous cousins and extended family.

A time of visitation will be held Tuesday, August 20, 2019 from 6-8 p.m. at Miracle Valley Church, 3754 Bunyon Drive, Chipley, Florida 32438.  Funeral services will begin at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at the church with Reverends W.D. King and Ken Montgomery officiating. Committal services will follow at Miracle Valley Church Cemetery.
