Elizabeth “Bethy, Beth” Collier, 73, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2025, in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Born on April 30, 1952, at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida, Beth lived a life marked by compassion, creativity, and unwavering devotion to her family and community.
Beth was a loving and devoted spouse to her husband, Bruce, with whom she shared a deep and enduring bond. Together, they built a life filled with love and mutual support. She was a cherished mother to Elizabeth Diane Fowler and her husband, Doug Fowler, as well as to Barbara Denise Collier. Her joy multiplied with the arrival of her grandson, Eli Colin Fowler, who brought immense pride and happiness into her life.
Beth is also survived by her beloved sister, Crista Larson, and their mother. Beth’s extended family includes several nieces and nephews whom were touched by her warmth and generosity. She was preceded in death by her father, Leroy Jackson; and her brother, Robert Jackson; as well as grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, and dear friends, whose memories she carried close to her heart.
Beth’s spirit was defined by kindness and generosity. She had an innate ability to make others feel seen and cared for, always putting the needs of others before her own. Her home radiated comfort and love, often shared with the gentle presence of cats she adored so deeply. Her passion for animals was more than a hobby; it was a reflection of her nurturing soul.
A gifted baker and crafter, Beth expressed herself through the warmth of homemade treats and handmade creations. Whether it was a lovingly, baked pie or a carefully, crafted gift, each item carried a piece of her heart. These simple yet profound acts brought joy not only to her family but also to all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Beth’s legacy is one of selflessness, creativity, and enduring love. Her caring nature left an indelible mark on everyone she met. Though she has departed this world, the memory of her gentle spirit will continue to inspire those fortunate enough to have shared in her life.
