Dan Michael Montgomery

It is with much regret that we must write about the passing of our eldest son, Dan Michael Montgomery.  Dan passed away in the early hours of September 2, 2021 at his home in Crestview, Florida. He leaves behind his dear friend, Angie Capps; his mother, Christine Ann Montgomery; his father Dan S. Montgomery; a brother, Robert Charles Montgomery; two step sons, Brandon and Jake Whitley. He also left behind two fur babies, Archer and Wiggles.  Dan loved the outdoor activities such as fishing, target shooting and boating.  

Dan was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and moved to Destin in December 1980 where he graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School. His last years, even with the pain he endured, were the happiest years of his life. (Thank you  Angie)

There will be a Celebration of Life held at Covenant Community Church, 1007 Gospel Road, Ft. Walton Beach, Florida 32547 on September 11, 2021 beginning at 1:00 p.m.

"Please wear a Hawaiian shirt in his honor".
