Charles William Bray

Charles William Bray, age 78, passed away Saturday, September 6, 2025, at his residence. He was born January 3, 1947, in DeFuniak Springs, Florida to Charles Milford Bray and Annie Lee Ward. In his spare time, Charles enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching old time westerns, and, most of all, he loved spending time with family.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Bray; and parents, Charles Bray and Annie Ward Bray.

Charles is survived by his son, John Bray (Amy); and two daughters, Lisa Johnson and Terri Cotton (Luke); along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 10, 2025, in the chapel of Davis-Watkins Funeral Home, 1474 State Highway 83 North beginning at 11:00 a.m. A time of visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Committal will follow at Walkers Rest Cemetery.
