Caroline Wallace Obituary
Caroline Saunders Wallace, 94 years old, of Seagrove Beach, Florida died Sunday, September 29, 2019. She was born on January 10, 1925 to James Wiley Saunders and Juliet Bracewell Saunders in Winder, Georgia.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clinton A. Wallace and seven siblings.
Caroline was a member of A Simple Faith Church, of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. She received various nursing degrees from Georgia Baptist School of Nursing; University of Maryland; John Hopkins University, Baltimore Maryland; Emory University, Atlanta Georgia and the University of Michigan.
Caroline taught nursing students at Vanderbilt University and the University of Tennessee in Nashville, as well as Gulf Coast Community College in Panama City, Florida.
She moved to Seagrove Beach, Florida, in 1970 and enjoyed painting, dogs, garden clubs, faceting and gemstones.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at 10 am at A Simple Faith Church, where Dr. Ronnie McBrayer will be officiating.
