Carol Ann Bell

Carol Bell, age 75, of Crestview, FL went to be with Jesus, on Feb 8, 2021. Carol was born in Wisbech, England to the late James & Barbara Thompson. Carol met her husband while they were both active duty at Eglin AFB in Florida, and then faithfully served as an Air Force spouse for 23 years while they were stationed in Florida, Alabama, England, North Carolina, Colorado, Arizona and Guam.

Carol loved to love on people. Her life was a living example of Ephesians 4:32 — “be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.” In the words of her grandchildren, she was caring, thoughtful, selfless, hard-working, warmhearted, charismatic, devoted, and humble, and she loved them unconditionally. She was always ready to play a board game or put a puzzle together with them. Those who knew her well, knew she was a prayer warrior, a friend to everyone, and loved God’s Word.

Carol is survived by her husband of 56 years, Ralph Bell; children, Laurie (Steve) Moody, Barbara (Eric) Fisher, Debbie (Brent) McCall and Michael (Tara) Bell; eleven grandchildren; and soon-to-be six great-grandchildren.

The family will observe a private burial but looks forward to a Celebration of Life on May 16, 2021 which would have been Ralph & Carol's 57th wedding anniversary. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Missions Fund at Calvary Baptist Church, 529 Clifford St, Ft Walton Bch, FL 32547.
