Carlos Samuel “Steve” Stephens, Jr., age 55, of Destin, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, FL. He was born on April 24, 1964 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Carlos and Sharon Stephens.

Steve lived in Little Rock, AK, Dunedin, FL, Littleton, CO, Dothan, AL and West Palm Beach, FL where he attended the Florida Culinary Institute and finally Destin, FL where he worked in the restaurant industry for many years.

Steve is survived by his daughter, Joanna Stephens; parents, Carlos and Sharon Stephens; sister, Sherri Johnson and her husband, David; brother, Scott Stephens and his wife, Wendy; five nephews; and one niece.
