Candace Marie Ballard

Candace Marie Ballard went home to be with her Lord Monday, February 3, 2025, at the age of 33. Candace passed away in her cherished home in Crestview, Florida with her loving husband, Richard S. Ballard by her side. Candace was born in Panama City, Florida May 31, 1991 and was raised in Panama City, Florida, Marianna, Florida and Pensacola, Florida. She graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in Pensacola, Florida in May 2010.

Candace enjoyed working out, cooking healthy meals for her family, spending quality time with family, watching movies and binge-watching television shows with her husband. She especially loved going with her mother-in-law, Kelly Ballard (recently deceased), to get manicures and pedicures.

She is survived not only by her loving husband, Richard but step-son, Richard Shaun Edmund Ballard of Crestview, Florida; parents, Glenn and Christine Wagner of Milton, Florida; sister, Ashley Hidle (Amanda) of Chipley, Florida; sister, Faith Crowley (Nelson) of Lillian, Alabama; and niece, Zoey Hosmer and nephew, Samuel Hosmer of Chipley, Florida; as well as, niece, Olivia Shumate and nephew, Kylar Griener of Lillian, Alabama.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with a memorial service following. Interment will be held immediately following the memorial service at Liveoak Park Memorial Cemetery, 112 E North Ave, Crestview, Florida.
