Billie was a Christian, so we can celebrate that he is in heaven today because of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We, his family, rejoice with hope while grieving his death, because this is not the end of his story.
In accordance with his wishes, we will have a private family gathering to celebrate his life. We appreciate Emerald Coast hospice for his care, and all the prayers and help we have received from friends and family. Arrangements have been made by Davis-Watkins Funeral Home, Miramar Beach.
