Thomas Allen Cooper

Thomas Allen Cooper, age 44, of DeFuniak Springs, Florida passed away Saturday, September 7, 2019 at his residence.  He was born October 22, 1974 in Fort Walton Beach, Florida to Ralph Robin and Jo Doris Tullis Cooper.  "Tommy", as he was known to family and friends, loved to hunt in the fall of the year and fish all year round.  He had a unique ability to make everyone he met laugh.

He is preceded in death by his father, Ralph Cooper.

Tommy is survived by his loving wife, Mary Evelyn Cooper; children, Shawn Allen, Alexis Jade, and Alysa Marie Cooper; mother, Jo Doris Cooper; step-mother, Terri Cooper; two sisters, Kelly Strickland and husband Chris and Jenny Shahon and husband Joshua; three brothers, Wes Hollington and wife Kasey, Jason Hollington and wife Betsy, and Jake Hollington and wife Hester; nieces and nephews, Jesse, Jaime, Joseph, Adilynn, Zac, Gracie, Wyatt, Wil, Elsie, Abbie, Winter Calhoun, and Justin; cousins, Angie Hogeboom and Mike King; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and wonderful friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 14, 2019 in the chapel of Davis-Watkins Funeral Home, 1474 Highway 83 North, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32433, beginning at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Dewayne Geohagan officiating.  A time of visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Covenant Hospice in Marianna, Florida.
