Shirley Enid Gladys Harwin

Shirley Enid Gladys Harwin, age 79, of Destin, Florida passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Miramar Beach, Florida.  She was born on August 29, 1940 in Capetown, South Africa to her parents Mr. and Mrs. Charles Herbert Cooper.  She was married on December 17, 1960 to Terrance Harwin in Wynberg, Cape Town, South Africa.  She attended Landsdown High and Cape Technical College.  She has made residences in Destin, Florida, Lafayette, Louisiana, New York, Kimberly, South Africa and Cape Town, South Africa. 

Shirley is survived by her loving husband, Terrance M. of Destin, Florida; children, Anthony, Terry Lee, Georgina and Samantha; grandchildren, Lindsay, Regan, Julianne, Gabrielle, Winston, Colin and Shayden; great grandchildren, Beckett, Kambrie and Oliver. 

Funeral Services will take place Sunday, November 10, 2019 at 3:00 p.m., Destin United Methodist Church, 200 Beach Drive, Destin, Florida, 32541.  A reception will follow the service at the church.
