Rena Baker Ballew

Mary Marena (Rena) Ballew, 88, loving wife, mother, grandmother & great-grandmother passed away November 18, 2018.  She was born to Clarie Davidson Baker and Eligah Esker Baker on June 12, 1930 in Red Level, Alabama. She married Leroy Ballew on May 19, 1956 in Conway, South Carolina. She retired from Metric Systems. 

Rena was preceded in death by her parents; brother, James Baker and daughter, Ramona Ballew. 

Left to cherish her memory are devoted husband of 62 years, Leroy; her daughter, Linda LaBowe (Gary); her son, Anthony Ballew; five grandchildren, Michael, Amy, Courtney, Christopher and Brittany; three great-granddaughters, Campbell, Carson and  Peyton; great-grandson, Hudson and daughter of the heart, Kathy Pereira.Services will be on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Davis Watkins Funeral Home, 113 Racetrack Rd. NE, Fort Walton Beach, FL.
