Paul Alan Miller

Paul Alan Miller, age 61, of DeFuniak Springs, Florida passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at his residence. He was born November 30, 1957 in Tampa, Florida, the son of William A. and Carolyn Conner Miller.  Following his service time in the United States Army, he began his career in masonry. Brick laying, stucco siding, and inside wall plastering, all came easy to him.  In his free time, he loved to fish, both salt and freshwater.  Paul had been a resident of DeFuniak for the past twelve years, moving from Tampa, Florida to be closer to his family.

He is preceded in death by his father, William and his girlfriend, Pat.

Paul is survived by his mother, Carolyn Miller; one brother, Darrell Miller and wife Polly; one nephew, William “Dooter” Miller Jr., all of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; numerous cousins; and many friends.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 9, 2019 in the chapel of Davis-Watkins Funeral Home, 1474 Highway 83 North, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32433, beginning at 3:00 p.m. A time of visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m.
