Byron “Ray” Miller, age 65, of Freeport, Florida passed away Friday, November 16, 2018. He was born August 3, 1953, in Andalusia, Alabama to Byron Paskel and Peggy Jean White Miller. When it came to college football, it was common knowledge, Ray Miller was a die-hard Alabama fan! He also enjoyed watching NASCAR races on television. He was a loving husband, dad, grandpa, and great-grandpa and will be truly missed.
Ray is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Pauline Miller; three sons, Lee John Ponthieux, Jamie Lee Ponthieux, and Shelby Paul Ponthieux; four daughters, Pauline Renee Day and husband Brendon, Celeste Gale Brooks and husband Cary, Lovejoy Casie and Shelly Monick Cole and husband T J; twenty-seven grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren; and one sister, Jean Miller Odom.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
