Brian Keeling Obituary

Brian Keith Keeling, age 54, of DeFuniak Springs, Florida passed away Sunday, December 23, 2018. He was born June 15, 1964 in Duncan, Oklahoma to Dorsie and Winnie Fowler Keeling. Brian was a truck driver and a life-long fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He enjoyed fishing and playing golf, but his family and most especially his grandchildren brought him the most joy and were the light of his life. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, James William Keeling and Bobby Darrel Keeling; three sisters, Connie Sue Edmaiston, Shirley Ann Gilbertson, and infant sister Nancy Michelle Keeling.

Brian is survived by three daughters; Hillary Chyann Jordan, Dakota Kinsee Keeling and Kattie Marie Keeling; 2 brothers, Dorsie Oliver Keeling and wife Cynthia, and Michael David Keeling and wife Cindy; two sisters, Eula Jane Malone and Oneita Marie Stapp and husband Clifford; 3 grandchildren, Ryan Davis, Caydence Burnett and Kayten Burnett and one grandbaby on the way; as well as numerous nieces, nephews; and great nieces and great nephews.

In keeping with Brian’s wishes, memorialization will be by cremation.

Arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Watkins Funeral Home.
