Albertine Watters

Albertine Watters, age 91, of DeFuniak Springs, Florida passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018. She was born March 12, 1927 in Portland, Florida, the daughter of John and Cora Kelly Brown.  Until health problems prevailed, she was an active member of the First Apostolic Church of DeFuniak.  She was a Civil Service employee at Eglin for more than ten years and was known as a hard worker in the work place as well as her own home.

She is preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, two sons, one daughter, three sisters, five brothers, and one great-grandson.

Albertine is survived by two sons, Percy Wilson of DeFuniak Springs, Florida and Rex Wilson and wife Kathy of Villa Tassa, Florida; one daughter, Ada Dahdah and husband Joseph of DeFuniak; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the First Apostolic Church of DeFuniak Springs beginning at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor David King officiating.
