Robert Gordon Plummer, age 78, of DeFuniak Springs, Florida passed away Sunday, July 25, 2010 at Chautauqua Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Robert enjoyed fishing in his spare time and was an avid golfer. He also had a special talent for oil painting.
He is survived by his loving wife, Florentine Plummer; two step-sons, Aaron and Alan Summerfield; two nieces, Shirley Anderson of Chicago, Illinois and Carol Lloyd of Roosevelt, Utah; and one nephew, Richard Plummer of Chicago, Illinois.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at Davis-Watkins Funeral Home, 1474 Highway 83 North, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32433, beginning at 5 p.m. A time of visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Chautauqua Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
