Biography
Willie Pagels, age 53, of DeFuniak Springs, Florida passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at her residence. She was born July 20, 1956 in Fort Myers, Florida to Karl Hjalmar and Lela Diane Hedlund.
She is survived by her husband, Tom Pagels; two daughters, Michele Marie Pagels, and Kathy Jo Jackowski; one son, Thomas L. Pagels II; three sisters, Mary Geraldine McGreevy, Carolyn Shankle, and Ann Wilkinson; six brothers, Karl H. Hedlund, III, Joseph Wayne Hedlund, James Hedlund, Warren Hedlund, Leland Hedlund, and Lester Hedlund; seven grandchildren, Brandon, Brooks, Kaila, Hannah, Thomas L. III, Madison, and Abi-Rhea; favorite pets, Macy, Harley, Oreo, and TP; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, February 25, 2010 in the chapel of Davis-Watkins Funeral Home, 1474 Highway 83 North, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32433, beginning at 3 p.m. with Reverend Phil McMillian officiating.
